Volado
By opening the Volado tobacco shop, Primera owners Rick Wildschut and Karin Koopmans are responding to future government regulations regarding the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
Starting in 2032, these will only be sold in specialty stores. Customers at Volado will find smoking accessories such as cigarettes, rolling tobacco, cigars, and e-cigarettes. They can also purchase other smoking accessories such as lighters and cigar cutters.
